O’Rafferty’s XL shop in Coolgreany is closed until further notice following damage sustained in an early morning fire at the premises last Friday.
Fire crews arrived quickly and managed to contain the blaze before it could spread further through the building.
No injuries were reported, and the situation was brought under control within a short time.
The popular convenience store will remain closed until further notice as the owners assess the extent of the damage and begin cleanup work.
In a statement the business apologised for any inconvenience to customers and thanked the community for their understanding and continued support.
They added that further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
